Account Services
When you log in to the site, you will see your own personal Account Area. You can also access your Account Area by clicking the My Account button in the lobby. This area will display your current balance breakdown, and also give you access to various functions. Access these functions by selecting the appropriate link from the left hand menu.
PLAY NOW – Loads the game lobby
MAKE A DEPOSIT – Gives access to the cashier where you can deposit, withdraw or cancel a pending withdrawal. You can also access the cashier by clicking the BANKING button in the lobby or game room. There is a £30 minimum default withdrawal amount. If you wish to withdraw less than that amount please contact support@lightscamerabingo.com for information.
INBOX – Gives access to your private messages. We will from time to time send you exciting private messages about special offers, promos & games to your account Inbox. When the button turns pink, you’ve got mail!

MY PROFILE – Upload your own personal avatar, and update your personal profile. Please note that the uploading of any inappropriate images will result in your account being closed.
MY PREFERENCES – Change your password, profile security settings, or chat settings.
ACCOUNT DETAILS – See your balance breakdown. Change your account details & contact preferences.
BUDDY LIST – View your buddy list, and invite others to become your Bingo Buddy.
VIRTUAL GIFTS – Browse the available Virtual Gifts
REDEEM LOYALTY POINTS – Convert Loyalty Points to Bonus money (which you can use to play bingo)
TRANSACTION HISTORY – Search account transactions (deposits, withdrawals, wagering, wins, loyalty redemptions).
GAME HISTORY – Search your game history by date, and see information on the games you have played.

Password Security
Please ensure you keep your username & password secure. If you suspect that someone else has knowledge of your login details, please change your password. To do this, access your account, click My Preferences & hit the “Change My Password” button. Then follow the instructions on screen. Please make sure you log out properly at the end of your session by clicking the log out button. You will be responsible for all activity on your account where the username & password has been used to access, including where you have not logged out properly or the password has been automatically saved on your computer. Please note that when you log in to your account the date and time of your last login is displayed clearly at the top of the screen. Please contact support@lightscamerabingo.com if the date and time shown does not match the date and time of your last login.
Complaints Procedure
We endeavour to provide the best possible service. Should you feel that you have been let down in any way by the service we provide and wish to lodge a complaint, you should in the first instance contact us at support@lightscamerabingo.com.
Complaints should be made as soon as possible after the circumstances which caused you to make a complaint arose. We will confirm receipt of the complaint and we will attempt to resolve the complaint promptly.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you have the right to lodge a complaint over any decision taken by us with the Alderney Gambling Control Commission. Their website is located at www.gamblingcontrol.org
